Danilo Cimadomo, scientific coordinator of GeneraLife, spoke at the 76th meeting of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), during a symposium on repeated implantation failures (RIF) during PMA cycles. A problem that characterizes 10-15% of infertile women. Cimadomo presented the results of an international survey of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), which shed light on the considerable lack of homogeneity in the definition, diagnosis and treatment of this condition during IVF cycles. The Special Interest Group on Implantation and First Weeks of Pregnancy (SIGIEP) of the ESHRE, where Cimadomo is basic science officer, supports the need to outline international guidelines on this issue, and GeneraLife centers are at the forefront of research in the field.
